How do I return an item?
All of our custom molded orthotics come with a 30 day money back or adjustment guarantee. All prefabricated devices, orthopedic shoes, boots, and sneakers come with a 15 day Money back or exchange guarantee. With the exception of our custom molded orthotics, returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping.
