- At the top of this page, click add to cart and place your order.
- We will ship to you a foam impression box
with simple instructions for taking a mold of your feet, as well as a
questionnaire form that will inform us of your specific foot conditions
and custom orthotic needs.
- Simply step in to the foam impression box one foot at a time and you will achieve a perfect mold of your feet. Fill out the questionnaire form, and ship your foot impressions with the questionnaire form to us.
- We will use your foot mold and questionnaire form to heat mold/vacuum form, grind, and fabricate your custom made orthotics. Turn around time is 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your foot impressions and questionnaire.
