2. We will quickly ship to you a foam impression box with simple easy instructions for taking a mold of your feet, as well as a questionnaire form that will inform us of your specific foot conditions and custom made orthotic needs.
   
3. Simply step in to the foam impression box one foot at a time and you will achieve a perfect mold of your feet. Fill out the questionnaire form, and ship your foot impressions with the questionnaire form to us.
4. We will use your foot mold and questionnaire form to heat mold/vacuum form, grind, and fabricate your custom made orthotics. Turn around time is 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your foot impressions and questionnaire.
